Some questions from an old Nodo user

#1 Post by tim » 05 Mar 2018, 16:54

Hello again.

Have not been here for a while and it looks like a lot has happend in the mean time.
Still an old Nodo user here, but also some ESP modules running R120 stable.
I also received my ESP32 module this weekend. I do not have any real plan yet but it looked like a really funny board with lots of gpio pins.

I have some questions to ask.

Is there a newer stable version to replace R120. Sourceforge.net still has R120.

I read about UPYEasy and ESPEasy32 and it looks like you can use them on ESP32. Which one should i try?

30+ ESP units for production and test. Ranging from control of heating equipment, flow sensing, floor temp sensing, energy calculation, floor thermostat, water usage, to an interactive "fun box" for my grandson. Mainly Wemos D1.

That link to github did not really answer my questions.
But i did find info on the wiki. It seems that R120 is still the current stable.
I guess the KRACK issue is still in there. Should i be worried about that?
