Why isn't Heatpump IR transmitter P115 included in Mega?

Not sure if this question should be here or on Github.

It looks like from this post that this plug in was included in the main line, but it doesn't appear to be there. Also it doesn't appear to be in the Mega Dev version.

I haven't had any response in the discussion thread on it.

All plugins #s >100 ar not part of the standard package, they are supposed to be in immature stage and thus are published in different GitHub named "playground".
You need to compile by yourself to manually included them and support is provided only via the developper...
