Timer

#1 Post by Filoxera1 » 27 May 2018, 21:12

Hello everyone
I am new in this world.
I wanted to know if someone can give me a hand with my sonoff basic, I have installed the tasmota, everything is fine but the timer does not work, does anyone know why it does not work?

I had to install the MQTT. and if so, how do I do it?

Thank you very much

This is not the Tasmota forum. We are developing ESP Easy...

I would very much recommend that you try ESP Easy instead. Tasmota has some nice features, but is nowhere as flexible as ESP Easy. To my knowledge Tasmota does not have built-in support for timers either, this must be handled externally via e.g. MQTT.

May I suggest that you start with: https://www.letscontrolit.com/wiki/inde ... are_Upload. There are plenty of instructions on the WiKi and in this forum.
I would suggest that you try the latest firmware found here: https://github.com/letscontrolit/ESPEasy/releases (Incl. .BIN files for easy flash)
