Log Settings (WEB LOG LEVEL)

Hi,
i dont see all messages which i expect (under tools/log). Through my rules, i should see every 2 second a message.
Over serial connection i saw much more (tested in the past).
Is this behavior wanted ?

Default log level is higher for serial compared to web log. You can change this under advanced (tools).

It is already "debug".
On my side, the weblog does not show all messages, in comparision to the syslog.
