config.dat can't load

Please help?
I downloaded the settings, and renamed the file to config.dat.
Now I really need to restore those settings, but after upload they never get restored.

Is there any way to get those settings back ?
Failing that, is there any way of parsing the config.dat file to see what the config was, so that i could manually redo the setup ?

You can read the binary file using this editor (Windows).

Why it didn't work to restore the file I don't know. As a precaution I always use my Webdumper tool to get an "analog" backup.
