Let's Control It

Hello.
Is it possible to switch tasks in any way?
I have one OLED connected to Wemos D1 mini.
I have two tasks for the OLED display.
The first task uses the normal mode and the second task uses a framed mode
Of course, I do not want them to work at the same time. I would like to be able to switch the operation of these tasks using rules or gpio pin.
Is it possible?

No not possible at this time.

This would be a nice feature. Methinks the simplest way to accomplish this would be the ability to enable or disable a task with rules.
Sounds like a good prospect for a feature request on Github.
