MQTT Import and buzzer not working

#1 Post by joopy » 26 Feb 2019, 20:36

Help needed, i'm unable to ring a buzzer when a MQTT message is recieved by espeasy.

Ringing a buzzer with url and startup is working fine. Any clue or working examples? I looked in the wiki already

Post to topic "cmdMQTT" since that is what you have set as topic for the MQTT importer plugin.

Instead of /ESP_Easy3/cmdMQTT try cmdMQTT without any slash and no system name. You're subscribing to only that single topic level. If you want to listen to the full topic you need to add that to the MQTT import plugin settings.
