Hello everyone!
first: i love espeasy, keep up the good work so i can keep buying kofis for you
at the moment i try to make a little wireless-rs232 adapter wich was really easy with the esp. but i alwasy have to log in to the webinterface to change baudrate, databits..
im using a wemos d1mini and the "communication-serial server" device
is there a possibility to change the baudrate and other port settings with rules oder http commands?

..or at least a possibility to change the settings with a http command or something?? i really dont want to use 3 different ESPs für different port settings...
Re: ser2net - possible to set baudrate with rules?
From what I see in the source code, ser2net baud rate is set when the plugin is loaded; Changing baud during run-time is not supported.

Re: ser2net - possible to set baudrate with rules?
its not necessary to do it during runtime, it would be ok to change it and do a reboot after.
but i guess it will be easier to just user 4 esp units ( i have 4 serial settings i often use) and just make a switch wich turns on one of the 4 units..

Re: ser2net - possible to set baudrate with rules?
It can be done by adding a command for it.
Can you make a feature request issue for it on GitHub?
However, I don't think it will be added really soon, since I have other priorities like WiFi stability right now.
But maybe others may hop in.
