No WifiConnect on StartUp

Hi,

I'm using Build 48 and almost never see the ESP to connect to my Wifi on power up. It also doesn't connect if I try to by serial command or using the Web GUI. However, if I issue a "Disconnect" followed by a "Connect" command in the WebGUI it always connects without any problem. BTW I'm using a static IP-Address.

Does anybody experience the same problems or is there anybody who can give me advice how to overcome that problem.
