NTP settings

NTP does not work when DHCP server sends info about NTP server even if NTP settings are done by hand in configuration.
Had to create separate DHCP config for ESPs without NTP settings in DHCP server to make it work properly. Removing NTP settings from DHCP makes it work properly when NTP server is make by hand.
