5 DHT Sensors
Hi,
I'm using 5 AM2302 sensors connected all togheter to an NODEMCU V2 board.
It seems work for a couple of days, after this period the 4 and 5 sensors shows NAN, the only way is to switch off and on again.
I tried with 4 different esp mega FW.
I tried to connect through usb and also with VCC direct to Sensors.
My actual Fw is mega-20200328
Do you have any idea?

Re: 5 DHT Sensors
Hi,
For any analysis we need a bit more info:
How have you connected the sensors to the NodeMCU board? (See this ESPEasy github issue for more info)
What ESPEasy plugin are you using?
As 20200328 is less then 1 day old, how long has it been tested on that release?

Re: 5 DHT Sensors
Last Fw I uploaded today and couple of Hs later was already in NAN, I hade restarted this morning all the system (switch-off, than on again).
Before today I used the one of 10 march Fw (until this morning), before was the 02 February Fw, than before was the 08 dec. 2019.
I attached the screen page where to see the device connection and GPIO used.

Re: 5 DHT Sensors
I'm not sure this plugin is capable of running multiple instances on the same node.

Re: 5 DHT Sensors
it can.
about one year ago it was not possible and the there was an update.
i have running 3 Sensors at one NodeMCU since one year BUT!
i had also trouble with DHT sensors and it came all down to resistors capacitors and cable!
It was a hard way to learn about electronic components.
on a breadbord it was working all perfect, but in the real hard world it was totally different
May i ask which cable and sensors you use and how long it is ?
3.3V for example was too weak in my enviroment (about 30 meter cable)
so i used an levelshifter to support sensors with 5V plus an capacitor right before the sensor

Re: 5 DHT Sensors
For the moment is only a work in progress, so I have only 15cm. cable and I'm using 5V.
The sensor is this:
https://www.amazon.it/AZDelivery-Sensor ... RydWU&th=1
The first 3 sensors works always, only the last 2 sensors show, after a couple of days, NaN.

Ah now I remember indeed.Sasch600xt wrote: ↑28 Mar 2020, 18:25 it can.

Re: 5 DHT Sensors
The fifth sensor is already in NaN
