This also works and if i press teh butten the level control on gipo16 also switch between 0 and 1,but the output voltage on gipo 16 pin is - 2.5V to 2.5v ans not 0V to 5V.why is it like this

I want to do it with level comtrol becausr my mqtt server ist noch always running

First I recommend you update to the latest release. Then I would suggest you use rules for that.

The GPIO Pin's Logic High output voltage is approximately 3.3V, not 5V. If you require 5V output then you'll need additional circuitry, such as a transistor buffer.

The current draw from a LED can attenuate the GPIO output voltage to be less than 3.3V. So your 2.5V measurement is possible. If you require the voltage to be closer to 3.3V then you will need to increase the LED's series resistor value.
