WEMOS D1 Mini Not waking from Sleep

Hello,
Yet another sleep problem,
I'm using a D1 mini, set the Sleep awake time to 60 tried the Sleep Delay at 0 and 30, connected GPIO16 to RST, but alas it won't wake up.
Did a search here and on Dr. Google but no luck.
Could anyone help, please?

How is the unit powered?
Some USB power banks do not provide continuous voltage when the current drawn is too low.
So if you try running it from an external power source, please also try running it via an USB port on your PC or an USB phone charger or powered USB hub.

Have you connected GPIO-16 (D0) with pin RST?

Yes thanks, a better power bank solved the problem
