Re: more espeasy change IP AP
If there is no WiFi, ESPEasy boots in the default IP but at AP mode so they do not associate with each other.
Where do you have the conflict ?

if boots in the default IP but AP mode
esp8266 (1) = 192.168.4.1
esp8266 (2) = 192.168.4.1
esp8266 (3) = 192.168.4.1
they all have the same IP
yes or no ?

Re: more espeasy change IP AP
You can only connect to a single access point.
If the ESP cannot connect to a network, it will start an access point and only then has the default address of 192.168.4.1
So it will not conflict, as you cannot connect to multiple APs at the same time.
What you can do, is configure node 1 as AP with some set SSID (and password) and let the other nodes connect to that AP of node 1.
Those will then receive an IP from node 1.
