Best prototype pcb design service

Hello,
Up to some months ago I was using Easy EDA services. Good design software, interesting prices and good service.
Actually with the new import duty and VAT also for small package the price of the import duty and fee for duty declaration in Belgium make the price triple.
Does someone knows an alternative compagny that has an Eu VAT number and that can invoice the goods VAT included as Ali does ?

I do (still) use JLCPCB.
I let them also charge the VAT, so that I don't need to pay an extra handling fee for the import duties and it does save quite a lot of time.
The last shipment from them which I did not include VAT during checkout arrived quite fast in the region, only to take 30 days (!!!) to get delivered from customs to my doorstep.
So that's one lesson learned for me.

They are still quite a lot less expensive compared to more local manufacturers.

But it has really become a mess regarding available parts.
Constantly changing parts (even resistors sometimes) when I need a new batch.
For a client of mine, I made the 10th revision of the same board due to part shortages.
