unwanted output pulse at boot/startup

hi there,
I am experiencing an annoying problem with ouput and connected relays: at bootup i see a short pulse on output, at least on gpio14 and 16, so relays close for a moment: this is unwanted and a potential problem.....
Am I the only one experiencing this ?
Has somebody got any workarounds and/or solutions ?
