Re: Amica ESP8266 versus DoIt ESP8266
Most of these boards differ on the USB => serial adapter used.
Looking at the images, they do differ.
Both are supported in Windows and Linux.
I don't know if there are other issues, like stability, between them.
I use boards with one of either and did not experience issues so far.

Re: Amica ESP8266 versus DoIt ESP8266
Yep, definitely.
The Amica uses the CP2102 chip, the other one a CH340G.
Anyways both should work, just they need different drivers for USB-TTL converter.
I'm using both for testing, no problem.

Both, thank you for the quick answer.
I use ESPEasy firmware, so no problem of USB => serial adapter used.

I own the Amica and LoLin (which looks like the Dolt).
Both work identically on Linux.
On Windows, I had to download and install the driver for the Amica.
