The first one looks like it is an ESP01 stuck in a bigger board.
So have a look at the used flash chip to know how big it is. (probably 1 MB, but can also be less)
If it says PUYA, use the PUYA build.
It has a micro USB connector so I guess you may connect it to a PC and it will identify as a serial adapter.
Try to find what pin or button connects to GPIO 0 and ground that one to boot into flash mode.

The second one looks more useful.
An ESP12F has 4 MB flash.
I would try connecting the USB connector closest to the ESP module to see if it shows up as a serial port.
Also try to find out what connects to GPIO-0.

I know the second one and it's easy to flash it with the ESPFlash-Tool included in the download-Zip. Take the esp8266 4MB bin. But you have to connect the PC to the lower USB-port, the pc recognizes it as a USB to serial adapter. You don't have to press a button to flash the board. After flashing you can disconnect the lower board if you don't need it and use the usb port beside the esp chip for power supply.

The second one looks the same as a Witty Board. Easy to flash. http://www.my-iota.com/Development%20bo ... 0Board.htm
