Looking for a simple, clean reliable way to measure voltage, I want to measure a 12v measure battery (14v max) this project will be running 24/7 so would prefer something solid and safe compared to a diy voltage divider. I did look at the INA219 but thats current and a voltage equivalent does not seem to be listed.
Suggestions please

You can measure only V with INA219.

At my site, four INA219 are running for monitoring an array of 12V batteries. Works fine, stable and reliable, just connect the positve pole of the battery to In- of the INA219, negative pole to Gnd of your board. In device settings you can configure the INA for measurement type voltage only.
Monitoring an array of four batteries in serie has to be pretty accurate, thats why I am using in this casethe INA219.
If you just want to get an information about the state of the battery, you could add a voltage devider to your board and measure the voltage using the built in ADC following this article. I use this version to monitor the voltage of my battery-powered nodes. Works, too.
