Let's Control It

Do someone know how to flash esp easy (mega-20181026) on this board:

WeMos NodeMCU V3 with integrated chip:

ESP8266
USB TTCH340 (ch340g)
32M Flash (4MB)
Vin 4-9v (5V recommended)
Size ~25mm x ~49mm

I tried several firmware like the ESP8266_4096.bin (and also the R120_4096.bin) and flashing succeeded but no ESP_01 appears......

I suggest you use a serial terminal and capture the boot log messages. The log may give a clue to the problem.
