INA219 Values - Plugin Bug ?

#1 Post by Affinite » 26 Jan 2021, 14:14

Hi guys
Im trying to output only Current values from an INA219 Voltage/Current/Power sensor.
The problem is that, in the plugin, when I select "Current" in the Measurement Type box I continue to get Voltage, Current and Power values sent out.
Is this a bug in the plugin or finger trouble on my part?

PS - I know I could just ignore the unwanted data but I actually want to send just the TaskName and not the Valname over MQTT so as to format the MQTT to mimic SignalK keys
Thanks

The omission is probably that the value count isn't reset to 1, from 3, if only 1 value should be sent.
Can you report this on the Github issue tracker as an issue so it won't get lost?

Yes, I saw that, so I cross-referenced issue #3841 back to this forum topic ;)
(I'm using a different handle on Github 8-))
