Everything can be DIY, but that takes some effort & time:
the interfaces already available in the catalogue of ESPEasy provide plenty of choice.
At the other end of the range, much easier & more economic is to buy a Personal WeatherStation as a package.
Plenty of configurations at 'reasonable' price, although ;-) price & quality have a relation ........

If 'ready-to-go' is not desired, perhaps a 'hybrid'-solution is something to your taste, like described in Elektor.
For Light & UV then you need to connect selected sensors via the Grove-connectors (plus addition of related software).
Another option for DIY is Sensebox which you may configure as you like from their catalogue ......

Hi, for wind measurement you can check something in the Misol range of products @Aliexpress. They sell comtlete weather stations, but separate sensors as well, so there's plenty to choose from. And they can interface with ESPEasy.
Ozone sensors are quite different thing, you can find them from Winsen or Alphasense, but they all work in a relatively short temperature/humidity range and require calibration.
UV and light sensors are easy to find, too

@Ath,

Not without reason used the fat text around the text you quoted

Have the impression that most people try to avoid the mechanical aspects in anemometer and rain gauge.
If already purchasing 'serious', mechanical sensors for those functions, perhaps meaningful to incorporate the related 'integration' as well:
still plenty of opportunity/fun to add-on the other elements.
In fact the Elektor-configuration is along that lines, and in the 'mechanical' core is a Misol-collection as mentioned in the previous message:
also sold via AliX (and others) as a PWS.
