Rule to react on a "string" MQTT Payload

I am looking for a way to activate a relay on my espeasy when a specific MQTT Paylod equals "On". Unfortunatly, the device publishing to the Payload can't write anything else than a string.

I was hoping someone would have a trick for me.

I am working on something similar, looks like the dummy device to convert from a numeric MQTT input to a text output for a display. I would assume that this might work for you as well. If this is not answered when I get it working I will post more info. I really just wish the you could import a string from MQTT.
