I am trying to flash firmware and it is failing. I connected a UART (USB->TTL) converter to my nodeMCU. I connected the white cable (TX) to the RX pin and the green cable (RX) to the TX pin. Also, I connected the black cable to the GND pin of my nodeMCU, and I connected power supply to the nodeMCU.
I know that my UART (USB->TTL) converter works because I often use it with Raspberry PI boards during setup.
Can someone help me? When I try to flash the firmware, I have the following:
