Hallo, i have a Problem with the command LongPulse,02,0,5 on ESPEasy Release mega-20180714. This command switched ON the WIFI Led on the ESP8266-12. The LED goes on, but switched not off after 5 seconds. On other ports i see the same Problem.
On Release ESPEasy mega-20180522 this command Works fine.
Are there any unknown command changes?
Command: LongPulse,02,0,5

Re: LongPulse dös not work correctly
I rolled back too to the last of June release, I didn’t test the 14 and 16-07 releases.
Haven’t looked into it but I wonder if the problem is not Clock related as my pulses are triggered on « RTC ».
And the the longpulses were initiated at the wrong time ! And effectively would not go off.
One positive of this, greenhouse got a huge boost the following days , luckily someone was at home and could shut it off.
Meantime, added a notify, when it was going out of the blue, lesson learned.
Also got a test setup now, before rolling out to “production”

Hello. i check the releases back. from release ESP_Easy_mega-20180708_normal_ESP8266_4096 on, i see this problem with longpulse.
In the LOG i see always:

Re: LongPulse does not work correctly
One of the things changed around that date is change to a slightly newer core library.khbraemer wrote: ↑18 Jul 2018, 15:02 Hello. i check the releases back. from release ESP_Easy_mega-20180708_normal_ESP8266_4096 on, i see this problem with longpulse.

Just to be sure, 0708 was working fine? What was the first version not working like it should?
And if you have a clear definition of how it should work and what it does now, plus a version that works and one that won't (preferably as close to eachother as possible), then you can open an issue on Github for it.
Re: LongPulse does not work correctly
Hello , the last correct running version is ESP_Easy_mega-20180625_normal_ESP8266_4096.bin
From version ESP_Easy_mega-20180708_normal_ESP8266_4096.bin the command longpulse,x,y,z
does not work correcly. The port x does not switch off after z seconds.

Re: LongPulse does not work correctly
now i find out the reason why LongPuls,2,0.5 does not work on higher releases than ESP_Easy_mega-20180625_normal_ESP8266_4096.bin.
on release ESP_Easy_mega-20180625_normal_ESP8266_4096.bin you must not define an Device under Devices for gpio2.
After release ESP_Easy_mega-20180625_normal_ESP8266_4096.bin you must define an Device for gpio2 as switch
