Hi, I made a mistake on the device configuration and I assigned a device to a GPIO that is used for the flash.
Now I get a boot loop and do not know how to solve it.
It reboots before the wifi appears, it has the serial port disabled and the reset pin also disabled.
I can upload a new version of software with different default configuration but I still get the boot loop.
I suppose that a solution will be to upload new software and that delete the device configuration, but I do not know how to do it.
Thanks.

Re: how to solve device boot loop
You could connect GPIO-0 to GND and press reset. This will force the flash mode when booting and then you can erase the entire flash.

You can upload a blank bin file. I got some here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/g8i2gr26t09l9 ... s.zip?dl=1

Re: how to solve device boot loop
Link Rx and TX pin before power on
If Rx and TX is joined during boot the settings will be cleared to original values
Try it

Re: how to solve device boot loop
@ayasystems I tried connecting the RX to TX as you suggested, but it does not work.
I forget to mention that I am working with and 8285, I do know if that could the reason because it does not work....
@grovkillen, @TD-er, Thanks for your answers.
I search but I do not find how to erase the flash or upload bin directly to the board or how to erase the flash

Re: how to solve device boot loop
You just flash the blank bin as you would flash a firmware bin.
