wifireconnect howto? clarification? advanced features

and some forum threads I am unsure how to do a wifi reconnect.

and also in combination with new advanced features:

situation:
Having a lot of wifi disconnect and wanted to control them via rules.
Did see all new option in advanced secton

my questions:
- using new advanced option: Do I have to stop manuel rules based wifireconnects?
- how do I do a wifireconnect right: did see some option as:
- wifidisconnect,x (x in sec till reconnect) : is this still working? does a disconnect automatic do a reconnect
- or do I need a wificonnect also
- or is only a wificonnect sufficient?

- I thought AP mode is entered if a wifi connect does not work. I did a rule-based reboot when AP-Mode is on.This looks obsolete to me now.

- how can I use info :
