Synchronize Neopixel on multiple ESPEASY/8266

Hello

i have create 7x 8266 ESPEASY Boxes with Neopixel stripes on each module
2m Neopixel (288 LED'S)

now i will make a synchronized LED Flash on every Module, (1Hz Flshing with all Modules, in sync) but triggering with MQTT wil not be the goal. (latency)
i try make a start an trigger on Time, but the same result.....not in sync

UDP bradcast is not posible, because broadcast traffic is in out corporate network not allowed...


any ideas ?
