Flash and stil remembers old settings

I have a problem; I tried to give the Sonof an ip-address but than i made a type-o and forgot the ip range...
I could not reach it anymore, i have flashed the firmware again but it remembers settings and it wont show up as new esp device on the wifi-list.. How do i completely reset the flash memory?

Two common choices if you can't connect to the web interface:

1. Disconnect power. Use a jumper wire and connect RX and TX together. Apply power and wait a few seconds; During boot the flash will be erased. Then power down, remove jumper.

Third option, flash a blank bin and then the real bin.
