ESP Easy plugin updates

Also got time to update an ESPEasy module with the latest ESPEasy release (20200204), updated and verified my custom plugins.
This plugin connects ESP Easy to ESPCoreRules (UDP bus) and it's now compatible with the latest releases:

The ESPNOW plugin works at System#Wake level in the rule engine, but still some method could be nice to delay the wifi connection, or do the connection manually from a rule command. As requested here:
