What have I configured wrong, that this field is displayed in my self-build image ?

It is a temporary field and was never meant to be visible.
The problem is that saving the rules may sometimes corrupt them.
So this field is populated by some JavaScript when you press save to send an extra parameter along with the size of the rules in the POST message.
This way we can detect if it got corrupted and stop saving the rules (better to keep the old one than be left with something completely unusable or even a 0 byte file)
