Disable DeepSleep in a rule (if-condition)

#1 Post by tomtom » 18 May 2020, 12:12

Hi,
is there any possible way to prevent a deepsleep in a rule?

I´m using a if/else command that runs a motor as long as a switch is not pressed, but if i set the sleep time to 60sec and the awake time to 2 sec, the motor is turning 60sec till the board awakes and register the value change or doesn´t spin at all.
So it is a must have to prevent, that the motor can spin until the switch is pressed without a kickin deepsleep from easyesp.

Nope, right now we don't have such a command but I guess it could be useful.
Can you open a feature request for it on GitHub?
