Firmware: ESP_Easy_mega_20200829_normal_ESP8266_1M
MQTT: Mosquitto MQTT (192.169.1.9:1883)

Re: MQTT Domoticz and ESP Easy
Most users use rules to link a button and relay and keep in sync with Domoticz (or other domotica systems)
You do use non-ASCII names on the task name, which has never been tested.
So before you spend maybe hours debugging (future) issues with rules, I strongly advice you to use ASCII characters in the task name.
Also do not use "special characters" like a space, minus, etc.
About syncing the state of a switch with Domoticz.
I advice you to also add the Domoticz Helper plugin to one of the tasks, to help keeping track of the switch state.
Another thing I don't understand from your Domoticz screenshots is the device type in Domoticz.
I always use "virtual devices"
In Domoticz:
Settings (most right tab) => Hardware
On that page, you have the device type "Dummy", with a button "Create Virtual Sensor"
On the next page you select the sensor type, name and axis label.
Then Domoticz assigns the next IDX value to the newly created sensor, which you can see in the "Devices" page.
Those devices always show as "Dummy" hardware, while you have "ESP8266" in that column.
