Update custom user variable?

Hi,

I'm using esp easy r78 with a modified Arduino sketch. Now I'm Looking for a way to send a JSON url from my sketch or just a way to update a custom user variable in Domoticz other than the ones used by my analog sensor.

Is there anyone who knows whether this is possible and if so, how this can be done?
