Good IOT from Italy

Hi all, i'm spending many hours and nights trying to develop a project, as a noob i need to improve my skills in... everything: code, electronics, Espeasy, nodered, protocols, linux. I wouldn't like to copy and put together projects without understanding everything about them, so learn learn learn.
