Hi,
I am using R38, but still have incorrect Alecto V1 wind values.
Since this problem is there as long as RFLink exists and I reported on that many times, I start believing the problem can not be solved.
Good old Nodo-Domotica does not suffer from this problem.

That should work with R40.
