Controler using DYNDNS

#1 Post by BerndJ » 26 Jul 2017, 14:11

Hi,

I´m using Domotics HTP as Controler by setting the Hostname and if the IP changed by DYNDNS the packets gets lost after that.

Is there a way to get an error message ?

or better: a rule that the plugin take a look and refreshes the IP??

or the best way, the plugin repaired itself

or choices:
1. IP
2. Hostname
3. DynDNS

Anybody an idea?

best wishes

BerndJ
