US-100 distance sensor support

Hi,

Did someone try to use the US-100 distance sensor with espeasy? This sensor is really interesting for several reasons:
- it operates between 2.4V and 5.5V... perfect for the 3.3v ESP8266
- it has a serial mode where the module performs all the calculations. The protocol is really simple (see https://www.bananarobotics.com/shop/US- ... sor-Module)
- the sensor measures temperature (not super accurate but good enough) and uses it to be more accurate in the distance measurement (serial mode only)

Of course we can use it as a 3.3v replacement for HC-SR04 by using the trigger mode, but it looses a lot of interest.

I use it with an ESP8266 in serial mode and my personal arduino IDE developped code... but I'd prefer to use ESPEasy.

I could probably contribute to the writing of the plugin but I did not look at it up to now.

i am also interested in the US100 in serial mode.
It should be very accurate!

Is it possible to integrate it in ESPEasy?
