ESPEasy with an eTape Liquid Level Sensor

Does anyone know or want to help me to make the 8" and/or 12" eTape Liquid Level Sensor work on ESPEasy

which help you need exactly?
this sensors output can be read by any analogic input and this is already supported by ESPEasy since long time, either with internal ADC port or via external boards (like ADS1115)

Thank you for your fast reaction.
The schematic talks about 220 ohm but the description about 560.
Begore I order one, I want to know how to connect to the A0 or indeed the ads1115 and with what extra resistor and micro fharad
And the input I have to fill in the ESPEasy device tab.
Sorry, reading electrical drawings and the text is not my world

According to the site it should have everything you need. Ignore the application notes and follow the directions.

"Connect pin #2 of the sensor to ground, then pin #3 to a 560 ohm resistor. The other side of the 560 ohm resistor to VCC (3.3V or 5V for example) to create a resistor divider. The ADC pin connects to the point between the resistor and sensor."

Same connection as https://learn.adafruit.com/thermistor/u ... thermistor

Pin 3 to resister and ADC, other side of resister to 3.3v. Creates a resister divider, the tape is baaiclly a variable resister, 400 to 2250 ohms.

Adafruit is pretty good with their stuff but I do not know what the ADC for an arduino allows, which is what it appears to be sold for. When I check an online resister divider calculator I get 5k ohms. Try asking adafruit and say you want to connect to a feather eap8266 where ADC is limited to less than 1v. My calculations could be off...

The ADS1115 is rated to 3.3V.

The ADS1115 is rated to 3.3V.
Well not really, ADS1115 can be powered with anything betweem 2VDC and 5.5VDC and its inputs tollerate up to ~7VDC (if I remember correctly) as you can setup the GAIN via software.
In my opinion is the best affordable solution if you need to read accurate analog signals with ESP8266...

According to the attachment i closed in, the ADS1115 can handle 2-5.5V, for the NodeMcu it is bettet to use 3.3v i asume (does it
metter for the calculated resistor?).
I understand I don't have to use a capasitor of 1 µF ?
For the input in ESPEasy by using the analog A0 pin or a ADS1115.
For both I enclosed a empty form.
Do I ask to much to help me with this? ☺️
