[Feature Request] MAX31865 RTD for PT100/PT1000

I need support in EspEasy for MAX31865 RTD so i can read values from my PT100/PT1000 Temperature Sensors
PT100/PT1000 is the world most used temperature sensors in the industrial area..

This looks like an SPI device. I do not remember seeing any SPI devices for eapeasy other than displays and I do not know if they worked on i2c or spi.

Might be easier to use an arduino for this one. If SPI does work, adafruit has a arduino library for this and that might be a place to start.
