Hi, I just lost two ESP boards, probably thanks my stupidity .. But because it's not complete my fault, here is the warning.
DON'T USE USB port on MB-102, as output!!
A few minutes ago I tried to use MB-102 as power source of my project, because of testing 6 channel relay module and to provide good power source for this module, I used MB-102 with 9V@2A power supply.
This module have also USB female connector, so I decided to use it as power source for my D1 mini boards .. big mistake!!
As I found, the USB connector is connected in parallel with the DC barrel jack, so if you put DC power source into the DC jack, you will have the same voltage in the USB female connector. In the result, instead of regulated 5V voltage there is 9V output and it destroyed my boards immediately..
It's above my understandig how ANY developer could make such desingn mistake.
IF POSSIBLE, please put also this warning to this page: https://www.letscontrolit.com/wiki/index.php/Power
