ESP8266 lost connection

#1 Post by Koenig » 27 Aug 2019, 11:18

I have a problem with an ESP8266. He loses the wireless connection every now and then, although the reception is strong enough. He is then partially unavailable for several hours and can not be pinned. The LED indicates that it is fully connected. I've only been able to solve the problem by resetting it by hardware, but it keeps coming up. I have also flashed it several times. That does not solve the problem either. Sleep mode is disabled (= 0). Does anyone have an idea what it can be?

A developer (TD-er) made some recent changes that improve WiFi reconnects. So try the latest Mega build.

If the problem persists then try a different power supply adapter, even if you have done that before.
