I'm not sure if this is the right group for it but I have a question (or wish) about support for X10 devices :
I have some X10 switches and dimmers which I would like to incorporate into my openHab 1.8 system.
As the 'controlling' device I use a RS232 based CM11A interface which is not directly supported by openHab.
Would it be possible to use the EspEasy to control a CM11A (4800 bd, one way only to CM11A) ?
Ofcourse I need to add a TTL to RS converter, can a GPIO pin be used as serial port at 4800 bd ?

Re: wish : X10 support [solved]
Since I did not received a reply, I've decided to build my own.
FYI:
The solution consists of a Arduino UNO, WZ5100 ethernet shield and a TTL to RS232 adapter, can be used via HTTP or broker, support currently one-way only (to X10 devices) ...
