Did you tried "DOUT" flash mode?

Have you also tried flashing it with the esptool.py?

Thanks for answer.

Before this problem I flash all ESP8266-01 with DOUT arduino IDE
Now I try DOUT, DIO, QOUT and QIO with arduino IDE
and esptool esptool.py v2.8-dev

with no result

If even those other tools cannot flash it, maybe it should (also) be reported within the esptool repo?
It could be the flash chip does need other parameters to flash it, but that's not the part of libraries we control, sadly.
Can you change the flash frequency in ArduinoIDE (or at the other flash tools) ?
