Arduiono Core 2.60 is released

... maybe/hopefully this will fix our watchdog problem ...

Tests are being performed since core 2.5.x was released.
Also I have been contributing to the core 2.6.0 version.

Only thing is, I am waiting for the PlatformIO update to include core 2.6.0, as there is also an update needed for the build toolchain.
There has been a fairly recent update to core 2.6.0, which requires an update of the build toolchain. Otherwise you will end up with unstable WiFi.

Firmware:
