Re: Shelly 2
I think the Shelly 2 is using some serial relay chip which we haven't supported yet. @others, please fill me in on that one.

Yes, the Shelly2 has an integrated MCP39F511 power monitoring IC next to the ESP8266. According the datasheet it has an UART communication interface.grovkillen wrote: ↑11 Mar 2019, 08:39 I think the Shelly 2 is using some serial relay chip which we haven't supported yet. @others, please fill me in on that one.

Re: Shelly 2
For ESPEasy not yet.
In the past I had some contacts at Shelly.
In the beginning they were very quick to respond to questions, but all of a sudden not any reply any more.
Apparently ESPEasy is not interesting to them, maybe also because they have their own platform?
To be honest I have been too busy with other issues at ESPEasy, so I am not sure it would have been implemented at this point if I had those modules myself. (not sure how long those Shelly 2 versions have been for sale ?)

Re: Shelly 2
If the chip they use is available as plugin in ESPEasy, then yes.lars_larson wrote: ↑23 Apr 2020, 13:55Does it mean that for shelly 1 or shelly 2.5 the power messurement would be possible in ESPEasy?
