Pushbuttons don't get sepetared on MQTT

I added a pushbutton to my ESP8266, and using the DEVICES menu I created: Switch input - Switch 3 times. I can receive this value using MQTT but all 3 switches don't have any way to know which is which.

Can you show the configuration of (all) your switches and the MQTT controller?
