Hi,
Will it be possible to control the 4channel chinese wifi relays using ESP Easy?

Re: 4channel wifi relays controllable?
If you have a protocol description available for that board it could be doable, but I suggest to select a more regular 4-relay board that just has 4 inputs to control the relays, that's much easier. And it will enable/require (for the required GPIO pins) you to use a 4MB ESP, so you can update it via OTA, these 1MB ESPs are quite annoying to update (though with the right USB-Serial adapter this ESP-01s is relatively easy to update).
We have the P124 - Output - I2C Multi-relay plugin available, but that only supports those Seeed Studio relay boards, and I don't expect your Ali-find to be compatible with that.

Thanks Ath.
So in fact the normal nodemcu gpio's control the relays. Of course using a transistor or optocoupler in between.

Re: 4channel wifi relays controllable?
The thing with that relay module is that is uses an extra microcontroller for button and relay switching since the esp-module used on that module has not enough output-pins to control the relays directly.
This chip is probably not supported by espeasy.
An alternative could be another module, where the gpios of the esp are directly controlling the relays:

Edit: Another advantage is, that you could drive this board directly with ac....
Re: 4channel wifi relays controllable?
That might be true… but for that price you can’t do anything wrong. If the ac to dc circuit is not working reliably one can still switch to the direct dc input.
Re: 4channel wifi relays controllable?
I'm thinking more in the line of electrical safety here, Chinese manufacturers don't have a very good reputation on this end...

Re: 4channel wifi relays controllable?
There should not be any issue.
