Release Plan ?

#1 Post by Rampler » 14 May 2023, 11:25

Is there a plan when the next release will be made?
I assume that this is done as needed, correct?
I ask because I would like to have the new plugin 147.
If a new release were released in the next few days, I would wait with an update..

best regards
Klaus

I have merged a large pull request for adding support to the ESP32-S3 and ESP32-C3.
The reason I merged this right after the latest build is that it needs some time to be tested on a few more units other than the handful I have on my desk and also to make sure I didn't break anything in the ESP32-classic code. (or ESP32-S2)

But if you want to try out the latest code right after some new code has been merged, you can always look at the "Actions" tab on Github: https://github.com/letscontrolit/ESPEasy/actions
In there you can see builds for each actively updated pull request and also test builds when things get merged. (typically "Merge pull request #xxxx" in the title)

For example the latest "GitHub Actions build" from such a merge: https://github.com/letscontrolit/ESPEas ... 4968984124
N.B. You need to be logged in into GitHub to download those 'actions' builds.
