Esp 32 : P39 Max 31865 needs submit task after reboot

Hello friends,
Probably little bug in the software of P39 plugin.
I use Max 31865 with RTD PT 100 2 wires on task 1.
No other task or rules running at the moment.
Binary Filename: ESP_Easy_mega_20230508_climate_ESP32_4M316k.
It took quiet a time to have the correct temp reading. I had always a reading -242.02.
So I finally discover that to have a correct temp reading I need to submit the task ( even without changing nothing) after each reboot or power reconnect.

I found the problem the GPIO 19 witch is used as chip set was also defined as switch input in another task !!
